September 15, 2004 Paint inside and outside.
September 1, 2004 Dry wall gets textured inside while siding goes up outside.
July 31, 2004 Insulation and dry wall begin...
July 30, 2004 Rough plumbing, electrical and framing inspections pass
May 15, 2004 Rough plumbing & electrical begin...
May 8, 2004 Roofing is done - time for the Topping Off Party!
April 30, 2004 Moved out of rental house; stored everything in basement

March 2004 Rooms take shape and   Wow!  What a view from the back!
Feb 5, 2004 Framed our FIRST wood wall
Feb 4, 2004 Poured LAST concrete wall
January 6, 2004 Poured concrete slab/foundation - FINALLY!
November 3, 2003 Received building permit
October 22, 2003 First concrete poured
September 15, 2003 Received grading permit & broke ground
August 27, 2003 House plans are approved by community design review
March 7, 2003 Moved to Maui
August 13, 2002 Lot #23 is ours
April, 2002 Paradise found
